RECORD STORE DAY 2022

TRAILER PARK and CENTRAL RESERVATION COLOUR VINYL

As part of the Record Store Day 2022 celebrations, Beth Orton will be re-issuing her first two albums on colour vinyl on June 18th.

Trailer Park makes a welcome return to vinyl with a 2LP pressing for the first time with the track "Whenever" re-instated, having been left off the original 1LP release. This sits alongside classics such as "Someone’s Daughter," "She Cries Your Name" and the epic "Galaxy Of Emptiness" (produced by Andrew Weatherall). This BRIT Award and Mercury Prize nominated album is presented as a limited-edition vinyl in a blue colour you might find on a formica table top in a diner out in the wild between San Francisco and LA.

Central Reservation will also be reissued on vinyl — the first time in the US since its release in 1999. This is the album which saw Beth win a BRIT Award and a Mercury Prize nomination and is home to some of her most popular tracks including "Stolen Car," "Pass In Time" (featuring Terry Callier) and the title track, "Central Reservation." The album, which also features contributions from Ben Harper and Dr John, is presented as a limited edition on pillar box red colour vinyl.
